  1. Services Offered: The services provided by us are clearly listed on our website.

  2. Fee Structure: The fees stated on this website are current but may be subject to change. Sliding scale fees are available only for family law matters and are offered to clients we deem eligible. Additional charges may apply if the matter becomes complex. Barrister fees are separate and must be paid in advance of proceedings.

  3. Payment Terms: All fees must be paid before work commences. Payment is accepted by bank transfer only. Cash payments will only be accepted for Wills. All payments will be acknowledged with a receipt of payment acknowledgement..

  4. Bank Payments: Please ensure when making bank payments to us, you always include your reference which will be at the top of your client care letter, and follow up with an email to us to let us know you have made a payment.
  5. Client Responsibility: Clients are expected to provide accurate information and to inform us of any cancellations in advance. Weekend calls are not acceptable; however, urgent matters can be addressed by email.

  6. Commencement of work: We always provide a client care letter before we commence work on your matter. This is our agreement with a detailed account of what you have told us, and what you would like us to do as well as our charges.
  7. Limitation of Liability: The services we provide are conducted by legally qualified consultants. While we offer expert legal support and advice, our role is distinct from that of a solicitor regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

  8. Confidentiality: All client information will be kept confidential, except when required by law. It is important you disclose all information to us regarding yourself and your matter honestly. We cannot provide you with the best protection and guidance if you hold back the truth.

  9. Phone calls: We reserve the right to charge you for phone-calls you make to us, where we feel they are excessive and interrupts the flow of our work. Please limit your calls to one a week and for less than 3 minutes. You can always email us. Please do not call us on the weekend or after 5pm unless it is an emergency. We only allow such calls for our family law clients.
  10. Document verification: Please ensure all documents you provide us remotely are sent via email as attachments and not by whatsapp and that they are full and clear pictures.
  11. Client onboard: Unless you are overseas or in another part of the country, we always insist on a first face to face meeting Monday to Thursday. Please provide your ID documents for verification at that point and any other documents you would like us to have for the duration of your matter. All further meetings will be by video call arrangements.
  12. Delays: Please provide documents quickly when requested, to avoid delays in your matter. We want to resolve things for you quickly, however, we cannot control delays as a result of third parties like the courts or the other party.
  13. Document drafts: We will always request your approval at every stage before providing you with a final draft of documents.
  14. Termination of Services: Clients have the right to terminate services at any time. However, any work completed up until that point will be charged. We also reserve the right to terminate services if we believe relevant information has not been provided or if we feel we cannot work effectively with a client due to a conflict of personalities.

  15. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through mediation.

  16. Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
