All first 30 minute consultations are free

1. Immigration & Naturalisation

   • Legal Fees: £1,000 + VAT Adult fee 
   • Legal Fees: £750 + VAT Child fee 
   • Please note: Application fees are not included.

2. Family Law Applications

   • Hourly Rate: £75
   • Please note: Application fees are not included.

3. Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA)

   • Legal Fees: £350
   • Please note: Application fees are not included.

4. Simple Wills

   • Legal Fees: £180

5. Wills with Trusts

   • Legal Fees: £350

6. Mirror Wills

   • Legal Fees: £500

7. Simple Probate

   • Legal Fees: £2,000

     • Important: Sliding Scale Fee for Family Law Matters

       For clients who have had their legal aid application refused through another firm, we offer a sliding scale fee starting from £30 per hour, based on your financial circumstances. The final fee will be assessed after reviewing your income, assets, and the complexity of the case.

       If you are eligible for this reduced rate, we will work with you to ensure that the fees are affordable and appropriate to your financial situation. Please contact us to discuss your eligibility and how the sliding scale applies to your case. 

     • Payment Terms:

       • All legal fees are to be paid in full before work commences unless agreed otherwise.
       • Payment can be made via [bank transfer.
       • Details for payment will be provided upon agreement.

Additional Information:

• Should a matter become more complex, we reserve the right to charge an hourly rate of £150 for additional work.
• Barrister fees are separate and will be billed as required for specific matters.
